From Jack who was with us in the beginning going back and forth with the insurance and getting everything done to Rob following through making it happen to Patrick the on the job manager and the roofing crew who worked tirelessly early in morning before the sun came up without any breaks all day in the heat. And then after Patrick managing the crew all day, he then stayed made sure everything was cleaned up, picked up. He went over and above and did a fabulous job. We just had new roof and gutters installed. Carter came out to inspect our roof. He was very transparent with everything that would be completed and a time frame for completion. During the entire process he kept us informed of every step of the process. It was super easy contacting him if we had questions and a very rapid response, usually within 30 minutes. Patrick was very prompt with giving us the details of scheduling the actual work time frame. It was partially done and we had heavy rain and they tarped the unfinished part and we had no leaks. The people from sales to the people working and supervising the job were so easy to talk to. Me and my wife are really happy with the quality of their job. They made a thorough cleaning after completing the work and were in communication with the surrounding neighbors should debris flew around their property during bad weather. Shoutout to Landon Robert with Tesson. I have a LOT of projects to work on at my house which means that I’m a bit more in the exploratory stage of where to start/long process of remodeling. Landon has been communicative, understanding, patient, flexible, helpful, and mainly gives the true vibe of wanting what’s best for the customer vs the company. It’s nice to interact with a PERSON and not a “salesman,” even though you know he’s also working hard to earn your business. I haven’t had them do any work yet- but Landon’s customer service is tipping me in Tesson’s favor when it comes to booking the jobs I need in future.
