From Jack who was with us in the beginning going back and forth with the insurance and getting everything done to Rob following through making it happen to Patrick the on the job manager and the roofing crew who worked tirelessly early in morning before the sun came up without any breaks all day in the heat. I recently had my  siding, gutters and downspouts replaced by Tesson Roofing. The people from sales to the people working and supervising the job were so easy to talk to. Me and my wife are really happy with the quality of  their job. Shoutout to Landon Robert with Tesson. I have a LOT of projects to work on at my house which means that I’m a bit more in the exploratory stage of where to start/long process of remodeling. Landon has been communicative, understanding, patient, flexible, helpful, and mainly gives the true vibe of wanting what’s best for the customer vs the company. It’s nice to interact with a PERSON and not a “salesman,” even though you know he’s also working hard to earn your business. I haven’t had them do any work yet- but Landon’s customer service is tipping me in Tesson’s favor when it comes to booking the jobs I need in future.
