The $750 deposit ensures priority service and covers immediate dispatch, assessment, and temporary repairs such as tarping or patching. It secures your place at the front of our emergency response queue. If the needed emergency repairs exceed $750, you will receive an estimate.  

Yes. The $750 deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your emergency repair if the total amount exceeds $750.

The $750 fee is our minimum charge for emergency services. No refunds will be given once the crew is dispatched to your property. 

If you cancel prior to the dispatch of our crews, we will refund the full deposit amount. 

We will contact you promptly to confirm your request and dispatch a crew—typically within hours, depending on call volume and storm activity.

We do not handle the claim by ourselves. But we can assist you in navigating through the claims process and ensuring you get a fair settlement from your insurance company.

An emergency repair is only temporary to mitigate water damage to the home until permanent repairs are completed.
